Gabrial's Story
From day one, The Hair House has been more than just a salon — it’s been a statement, a sanctuary, and a beautifully curated space where creativity and care meet. At the centre of that vision is Gabrial, whose proudest moment this year came to life in bold A1 prints hanging on the salon walls: The Hair House Edit collection.

As Head Stylist, Gabrial didn’t just craft a collection — he brought a dream to life. Designing and launching The Hair House’s own product line was the pinnacle of passion, persistence, and a clear creative direction. With the support of his partner, he turned branding, formulation, and design into a tangible reflection of what The Hair House stands for. “I always knew I could do it,” he says — and he did. Beautifully.

Even the most driven visionaries need laughter. And for Gabrial, that comes courtesy of Ellie — whose dry wit and uncanny ability to trip over nothing has provided more than a few belly laughs throughout the year.

When asked about favourite client moments, Gabrial doesn’t mention just one haircut or makeover. For him, the transformation lies in the space itself — seeing guests respond to the look and feel of the salon, how it makes them feel special, relaxed, and at home.

Of course, it hasn’t all been smooth sailing. The past year came with its challenges — namely, dealing with stressful situations from outside the salon. But in true Gabrial style, even the lows turned into a hidden blessing. “It strengthened me,” he reflects. “And proved that opening The Hair House was the right decision.” That resilience runs deep — and it shows.

His favourite team moments? Saturdays, when the salon is buzzing, the chairs are full, and everyone is thriving. “Seeing the whole team booked up and in their flow — that’s the best feeling,” he says. The quiet pride in those moments is the fuel that keeps him moving forward.

If Gabrial could relive one day, it would be 27th August 2024 — the day The Hair House officially opened its doors. A moment that marked not just a new beginning, but a fresh era of independence, innovation, and community.
