The Hair House Wins Customer Service of the Year at the LoveNUL Business Awards ✨

Friday 10th October was a night we’ll never forget. The Hair House joined so many inspiring local businesses at the LoveNUL Business Awards 2025, an evening dedicated to celebrating the people and companies that make Newcastle-under-Lyme such a vibrant and thriving community.


We were honoured to be shortlisted in three award categories this year:


Customer Service of the Year Award – sponsored by KMF Group

Celebrating any business, team, or individual who consistently goes the extra mile and turns good service into great experiences.


Professional Services Business of the Year Award – sponsored by Keele University

Recognising the firms that keep the town moving – reliable experts who solve problems, invest in people, and support local clients and residents.


Spirit of Newcastle-under-Lyme – Business Award – sponsored by Staffordshire Chambers

Chosen by the judging panel, this award honours businesses that embody the true spirit of the town.

Winning this award is a true reflection of the heart and effort our entire team puts into making every visit special.


We were also proud finalists for both the Professional Services Business of the Year Award and the Spirit of Newcastle-under-Lyme – Business Award. With over 60 nominations submitted across all categories, simply being named finalists is an incredible honour, and we’re so grateful to have been recognised alongside so many fantastic local businesses.

Tom, Co-Owner and Head Colour Technician, whose creativity and precision with colour have become a cornerstone of The Hair House’s reputation.


Tyler, Jess, Ellie, and Amelia, whose professionalism, warmth, and artistry help shape the atmosphere of the salon every single day – from their attention to detail to the way they make every client feel valued and at ease.


And not forgetting Fennekin, our salon dog, who has a magical way of lifting everyone’s spirits (and occasionally stealing a biscuit or two 🍪).



Each member of our team plays a vital role in making The Hair House what it is – a place where clients feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. This award belongs to every one of them.
